I signed up with HF Holdings to collect a debt. They made many promises so I gave them money and signed a contract. This was in 2023. They said my case was given to a lawyer, they had information about the debtor, and legal proceedings would occur. That was over a year ago and now its January 2025. For over 10 months they don't return my phone calls or respond to emails. My account changed hands numerous times and now I am being ignored. This company did a search and told me they would be able to collect on the debt. After a few months, which I had to continually ask for updates, they told me they tried to charge the debtors account, but couldn't collect because they took too long to charge it and it had been closed. Now they are telling me they can't collect. THEY WERE THE ONES WHO SUGGESTED IT WOULD BE COLLECTABLE! Total SCAM.

I had trouble collecting against former customers that I shipped product to. I sent 25 cases to HF Holdings and they went to work immediately collecting my money. They recovered 19 of the 25 cases in full. The others we are pursuing litigation against and the cases are going well. I received my check promptly and was able to put this lost money back to work for my company. HF Holdings gives me updates when I call and they are always easy to reach. Highly Recommend.
