Amazing people to work with. Have been using them for 15+ years.
I have been a customer of Doug's for years, I ordered embroidered hats and had Yeti's engraved in April, the order came in and everything was terrible. The yeti's were not engraved deep enough, only down to the e-coat and we can't redo them so they're unusable. The hats, all 200 of them, were stitched so badly, threads are frayed, some the letters aren't legible ALL of them are this way. Doug asked me to send some hats back to look at, so I did.
