The actual cars are fine . The staff is great . But, really.. WTH ?? The downtown Vancouver location is practically impossible to find. No signage , no specific instructions etc.. IF you are going to be so low key, maybe at least provide a video of where to find the location, the office , and the cars. Now the actual rental process online kind of sucks because you are sent emails , that may or may not come through or go to spam. No I understand that part. So fun
My mom and I rented a golf cart to get around Stanley Park. Great way to get a lot done in a short amount of time! We did three hours. Only thing we were hesitant on was getting into the park once we figured that out and headed towards the right we were smooth sailing! They were super responsive to our texts and let us adjust our scheduled time the night before!!! Loved!
I honestly feel immediate joy the moment I step into a cart from Heya Carts. The vibe is just different. The carts are ridiculously fun to drive. I can hook up my phone to the Bluetooth speaker and instantly set the mood. It feels like a rolling picnic. Everyone on the street is always happy to see me, and that energy makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!!
My friends and I visited from SK and I recently had a foot injury. We walked in and the process was easy! The guy we spoke with was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We ended up extending our time because we were having so much fun! A few people stopped us to ask for the name of the company! I initially felt bad that my friends and I couldn’t bike stanley park as planned, but this ended up being the highlight of our trip!
