I'll do y'all a favour since you've not solved it for 3 years, but the place is smelly, smells like the toilet/plumbing, either turn up the aircon in the front area to increase the pressure so the smell doesn't escape to the customers, or fix the plumbing issue presenting the smell. The drinks and staff are great 100% like other heyteas, they're doing nothing wrong. Only the owner is responsible for such an issue lasting this long. Update: I was wrong about the time, it's only been open a year sorry
