I can't praise this firm enough for the diligence and guidance they've provided to me as a small business owner over the last several years. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! These reviews must be paid or fake. Incredibly unprofessional office and accountant. Ralf lied to me, strung me along for over two months telling me everything was going to be settled etc etc. Then I was randomly told he didn’t have the capability to complete my taxes because I was missing some form even though I told him from the start I don’t have it. I paid and it’s been 3 weeks since I was told he couldn’t do the taxes and I still haven’t received my refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to follow up with them multiple times via text and email. Don't do your taxes with this company if you are looking for an organized firm.
