It's a nice place to get your sewing machine fixed. I noticed leather sewing machine needles. I have a hard time finding those. Nice people
I was looking for carrot orange fabric. I found carrot orange fabric. I was looking for Schmetz needles and the employee directed me to the Schmetz needles. No, this is not Michael's or joanns or what have you. It is clear that the typical customer already knows fabric and sewing. As someone who fits in that category, I found this to be a perfect addition to my LQS rotation. The employees were attentive when I asked a question, they were friendly but did not haunt me as I shopped.

It's ok, but this is a quilting shop. That's what they cater to. If you sew apparel, upholstery/housewares, costuming or anything not quilting, they will not have what you need. They don't seem to like newcomers and don't like being asked questions.
