This was my first time at Heyday, and overall, it was a really positive experience. The space is very clean and well-organized, and the staff was welcoming and professional. My facial itself was great — the esthetician was knowledgeable, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which I appreciated. This was my first time at HeyDay and I was excited after seeing such positive reviews. I will describe my experience so you can determine if it appeals to you: The space: - the upstairs facial area is open space with dividers in between each 'room' which means you can hear everything. Im having an excellent experience with Darlene! She was very knowledgable about skincare and able to answer all of my questions while recommending treatments. Ive had 5 sessions with Darlene now and I have a skin care routine that I do regularly, I’m noticing my hyperpigmentation lightening and less frequent breakouts.
