The front desk attendant was so nice and welcoming, I didn’t catch her name but she was able to answer any questions I had! Gamze is AMAZING! I’ve been struggling with inflammation and flakiness which has made me very insecure about my skin and she educated me throughout the facial and really made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had an incredibly disappointing experience ay Heyday UES. My husband took me to New York for my birthday last week and booked a Heyday facial because I love spa experiences. Unfortunately we weren't familiar with the subway suspensions and got there 9 minutes late - entirely on us as businesses are not expected to make accommodations. I was informed that I would get a shorter facial which was okay but I am not sure why a 50 minute treatment had to be cut down to 30. The facial itself felt more like a cleanse. Chastity is incredible. Always so kind and warm. I always walk out feeling like my skin is in the best hands. She recommends amazing products and services. I could not ask for a better esthetician!
