Good facials, nice estheticians. Doesn’t really matter if appointments are always running 15+ minutes behind. I’ve waited 25 and 15 minutes for my last two appointments. This place is clearly being run to get in as many people as they can in a day, and it shows with the lack of control over the schedule.
