Installed ring door bell. I was quoted a lower price over the phone. I had explained with equipment and service I did want to go over $300. The man said he could do $320. I felt that was fair. The installer showed up. He was nice. Very smart but then said $400. I told him we agreed to $320. He said no way. So I said ok to $350. But I am unhappy as the account was not noted and they still tried for the$400. After reviewing other people, I could have had it done for $250.. Debbie

The technician left without being able to install a camera, the tech left to "go get materials" and never came back. My appointment was 12/21/2022 and have the receipt to prove it.

I recommend Hey Smart Tech they have great customer service , and the techs are knowledgeable and knows exactly what they're doing, so it takes them little to no time to install and they respect your time so if they said they're coming at a pacific time frame they will be there and ready to work

Smart Tech sent Shane, a very knowledgeable technician and very Patient explaining everything to me. He set everything up on my phone and showed me several times how to use it. I'm an older person and he was very patient with me. Thank You, Smart Tech
