They were good to deal with initially for legal advice with payment fraud. Seemed to know what my options were with my insurance policy. The conversation ended with them contacting a recommended lawyer in the area. To make it easier the lawyer was supposed to contact me directly. I sent a follow up email a few days later to see if they found a lawyer. I received no response. Which was the start of many inconsistencies in them returning phone calls and emails.
