No warranty - beware! Took the scooter back as the battery no longer worked, the store wouldn't offer a warranty for the scooter that is under 12 months. Seat was faulty too, very poor builds. The store isn't really a store, factory full of random imports
Went to the factory in ferntree gully to find its not even the actual scooter factory the guy just works out of the factory sometimes. Dropped thee scooter off at about 1pm and he called at 6.30 saying it's been fixed, the guy was really nice and fixed the scooter for free as it was a small fix.
Business closed down!
Fantastic after sales support. Proactive and responsive - first class!! Really happy.
Very helpful with any and all questions, viewing in person was good, easy ordering and pick-up available. Also supplying parts for the scooters etc. definitely will return for more and recommend.
