I had a problem with my cabinet hinges, so I asked Hettich for help. They were super fast and asked for pictures of the hinges with the logo. I sent the pictures, and guess what? They sent me new hinges in less than a week! I'm really happy because they fixed my cabinet so quickly. The new hinges are awesome, and they work perfectly. It's like magic! J'ai parlé à quelqu'un par téléphone le 16 décembre concernant des vis usées ("strippées") qui m'empêchaient d'ajuster une porte d'armoire de cuisine. À ma grande surprise j'ai été heureuse d'apprendre que les pentures de Hettich étaient garanties. Je devais envoyer un courriel avec des photos des produits en question.
