I have been a Landlady a long time, used many companies but I can safely say this agency was the best in terms of efficiency, result (amazing large photos instead of standard small size photos), politeness and above all very cost effective. Nothing missed their attention...When doing check in, they discovered very costly damage hidden by previous tenants that a more costly check out company totally missed. Will use them again and have recommended them to lettings agents.

I am very happy with the Service Yellow Oak Inventories provided for my property. The Inventory report is very detailed and dealing with the office was simple. I will definitely be using them again and recommend their service to anyone.

Outstanding Service! Detailed reports- Was very impressed with this! Quick - The report was turned around very quickly from the inventory date. Flexibility - He was able to come to the property at a time that best suited to me, so I could be in. I have been using Peter at Yellow Oak inventories for the last 6 months and find his reports and manner to be excellent, I would have no problem in recommending his services to all landlords and letting agents.
