My ex ran up a CC bill and left me holding the bag. The company tried to sue, so I looked up Heston. They fought hard to ensure that I was well represented and eventually got the case dismissed, saving me a net total of about $4000. Heston is one of the few on a very short list that has done right by me. I won't try to let this happen again, but if it does, I'm glad to know there's people like Heston that I can count on.
Save your money to negotiate with collector directly or go with another company to represent you. Worst company out here! I’m out $1200 and they “recommended to settle” after dragging this thing out over a year. They market themselves as having knowledge due to working on the prosecution side, but they still cooperate with prosecution. They are NOT on your side. They’re going respond here with the typical “so many factors out of our control” crap, I bet.
