The person that does the Knife Sharpening does an excellent job. I’ve just been there for the 2nd time and the knives are beautifully done. Resurfaced, all the knicks taken out. Very sharp points and the blades are extremely sharp. I have had sharpening done at other places and the results are nowhere near as good. Please pass on my compliments to the Sharpener. Very happy.
