We live in the inner west area, bought a whole set of the pots and pans for our new home from their Brookvale shop, when visiting a friend there. Happy for the service and products.
Ordered an item online and there was no indication that it was out of stock. The first indication I had of any issue was a notification from PayPal of a refund. To be fair to the company, at least this was processed quickly, however I won’t be ordering anything through here again.
I bought a 2-cup coffee plunger ($29.95) that broke 6 weeks later. The shop assistant blamed it on purchasing the "cheap" option 😳. There is no warranty on the product and she couldn't do anything about it. I explained regardless that it was a "cheap" item, I wouldn't have bought it if it was only going to last 6 weeks. Her response was "yea". I really want to support small business which is why I was a returning customer, however I still did not receive any compensation / replacement option so they will no longer receive m... read more
