I called for some information on a tenant problem with an investment property. I inherited a property from my grandpa. Turned out there was someone living there and claimed they owned it. Mr. Hesse handled that promptly, getting the squatters evicted within a few months. The there was some kind of "prescriptive easement" attached to the property, which, with great advice, I dnded making a deal to sell that boundary portion of the property for a good profit. Michale is competent and hard-working and I recommend to anyone with a rteal estate problem.
