Chuck has been helping my family for the past few years. Always friendly, and quick. Front desk staff are always nice as well!
Work was not done on time frame discussed. Have a hard time getting responses back to calls and emails.
I recently was referred to these guys by my health insurance agent and had Tommy Odom file my 2020 and 2021 1095A for me. Very nice guy. Very pleasant to work with and just an overall comfortable, inviting office in general. They are educated, honest and integrated into their work but most of all Tommy actually seemed to care about his job and his responsibility to do what is right and help their clients out as much as possible.
