Peter and his staff were amazing to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way. Through a terrible automobile collision involving my wife that set her career and our family dreams back a year, Hess Law Office gave us the best outcome out of a bad situation. Hess law took my case and handled everything. Without them I would have been seriously up a creek without a paddle. They kept me informed of every step and handled everything during a very difficult time for me. I honestly can't imagine how much footwork was involved in resolving my case, but I know it was substantial. The entire staff was helpful and courteous through the entire process. I was hit by a motorcyclist on campus in Pullman and after months of debating whether or not I had a case worth pursuing I decided to contact Hess Law because of their office location in Pullman. I have been very impressed with Hess Law. I primarily worked with Peter Hess but everyone I interacted with was very helpful and reliable. Peter was patient with my many questions and honest about what was and was not possible with my case. If you are ever in need of a personal injury lawyer I couldn't recommend Hess enough.
