I have been receiving sessions via FaceTime for the past 2 weeks and my anxiety has significantly reduced! I can also fall asleep peacefully and stay asleep for 7-8 hours or more! I also receive video recordings that I can listen to whenever I want which is perfect for when I feel anxious or can’t fall asleep. Highly recommend :)
Jay called me after I sent a message inquiring about scheduling an appt. His Milwaukee, WI website doesn't show that he isn't local and that all visits would be online. He told me this over the phone, made it a point to tell me he was in his pool in FL while talking to me, and rushed to get me off the phone after telling me what he charges and if I had questions to check his website out. Jay was wonderful to work with. I did Skype sessions for quitting smoking and weight loss - which were wonderful! My cravings have decreased dramatically and I didn't get the moody side effects that I have felt in the past! I love that you get to have the audio recordings of the sessions to aid in your success!! I would highly recommend using Jay for your needs.
