If I could do zero stars I would. I strongly advise against engaging the services of Hess. I am sharing my experience to caution others. Hired Tom in November/December 2021 to settle my fathers estate after his passing. Was told it would take 12-18 months at most to settle it. It has been almost 3 1/2 years and it is still not settled. I even had to hire another attorney to work on the last and final hurdle because after 2 years I got tired of waiting for him to figure out how to overcome the hurdle.
