Friendly staff. They have us advise which route is suitable for us and help to setup our rental bike.
Bike rental was great. The quality of bikes available were excellent. The reservation and check out process was easy. The staff was super helpful and didn't miss any details when setting up the bikes. Went through pedals needed, seat height, suspension set up, tire pressure and made sure we had helmets. He gave us some great directions and recommendations on trails to ride. We were even allowed to check in bikes after hours since we wanted to ride after closing. 10/10, 5 stars, two thumbs way up.

Excellent service!!! Went in expecting to drop off the bike due to a flat tire... They immediately did the repair and had us ready to go in a jiff! Great merchandise too!
