It was our first trip to Hesco. The owner was so helpful and pleasant. She found the modifications for our selection and made the experience extremely easy.
While the lighting showroom has beautiful things and a nice staff the repair shop next door is beyond awful. I heard bad things about the customer service and cost but I had a simple repair so I figured I’d check them out. Joe (?) was rude and clearly not interested in my business. He may be good at his job IF you simply answer his questions quickly with few words, ask NO questions, and then pay the astronomical cost he barked out. Follow up on 9/27/25: Thanks to Gary (the owner) for reaching out and resolving this issue. It shows that as the owner he cares about his business. I do hope that if the store displays their return policy for customers to see and knowingly decide whether to purchase the product or not. Thanks for taking the light bulbs back. They refused to take back an unopened box of their over priced lightbulbs even though I had my receipt. They made excuses that it is their policy not to take light bulbs back! She said "it is written on the receipt", "we told you when you bought it", and " we do not give back cash". All false statements. We were not warned that at this store lightbulbs are non-refundable and it was not written on the receipt. We had never asked for cash, just wanted credit back to my credit card.
