I’ve been coming to Herzog’s for years to buy power tools and have the serviced. They’ve always been great until recently. Something changed drastically with their service. I would bring in a tool to be serviced, and they would call me and tell me it’s done. I’ll come in to pick it up, and they have no idea where it is. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, they’ll finally figure out that it still at the repair shop, which is closed. Why would they tell me that it is ready for pickup? bald guy in the back is like a caveman when it comes to loading things into cars, rude ,unprofessional and incredibly unhelpful
Difficult to deal with - wanted to buy a 7000 door and they did everything to make me go somewhere else. This was over the phone and 2 certain sales people. I will end up buying it somewhere else.
