Went to get a gate latch, Bernie and Issac were helping. Bernie took the extra step to call the head office to help unsure the items given to me was the right product after I tried two other locations and was sold the wrong latches. I’ve been coming to Herzog’s for years to buy power tools and have the serviced. They’ve always been great until recently. Something changed drastically with their service. I would bring in a tool to be serviced, and they would call me and tell me it’s done. I’ll come in to pick it up, and they have no idea where it is. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, they’ll finally figure out that it still at the repair shop, which is closed. Why would they tell me that it is ready for pickup?
