We recently worked with Elle at the design center to source tile for our bathroom renovation. She was amazing when it came to helping us understand all our options and made the ordering process a breeze. She was incredibly communicative throughout and always quick to respond to my questions. We're thrilled with the quality of the tile, and the option to save a little money by opening an account with the store was a welcome surprise! Photos of the finished product attached!
Everyone at herzog's was so friendly and very helpful. They have a lot of hard to find items which is great
I’d personally like to thank Victor for his diligence in helping me obtain a replacement window sash. Despite my not having any receipts he located the original purchase order information, contacted the manufacturer, ordered the replacement, followed up on the order, kept me updated on shipping and receiving status, and helped with the installation. I am beyond grateful for his and Herzog’s personal customer service.
