Delivery and pick up was done on time but things were damaged and/or scratched. The washing machine did not work and I had to buy a new machine. I was told by the delivery people (of the new machine) that the pipes had been wrongly attached and that I didn't need a new machine at all. If you use theses people check your washing is properly connected. Very upsetting but they did not offer any compensation. Would not use again.

so bad! Cancelled the appointment before the booking date, but I got refuse to refund! Tried called them for refund but what I got is refuse and drag with the regulations. Don't trust this company, they are not safe! I'm not in Hervey Bay at the moment otherwise I will go to their office get my money back straight away.

Had broken antique table, a few broken plates(could of been the way I packed them)and deep ruts in my front yard and the yard across the street from the truck .the guys who did the work never stopped working and were polite and respectful at all times and the bill was very reasonable.accidents do happen and I would use them again

Moving was traumatic and these guys took all the worry out of getting the job done. Five stars from me. Everything we wanted done was completed on time and with great care. Thanks for a difficult job done well.
