Marcella is very rude. Called to inquire about replacement cushion covers for a model they sell, she was short and belittling saying its expensive and made it sound like I was making a ridiculous request. I have been looking for this model for 2 weeks (i know they are expensive - i'm looking at Covers for $500) Was told they don't know the manufacture of their furniture they sell.
