We took a Lazy Boy chair that was broken to Blake at Hertzberg's. We got this chair as a gift and it was not purchased at Blake's store. Blake went out of his way to get our chair fixed in a timely manner at a very minimal cost. Thank you Blake for being so helpful and kind to us!
