Called to get a quote. Rep said he was working on a car accident paperwork. I offered to leave my number and have him call me back. He refused, said he was too busy and I could call back myself if I wanted to.

I was scammed $700 by hertz employee
The parking lot around there sucks. It's easier to park on the street. I only deal with it when my husband has to pick up or return a rental which is dealt with through fleet for the company that my husband works at.
I came to Hertz hoping for a better experience than Enterprise. If I ever have to get a rental again I will not be using Hertz. The employees at the front desk are rude. No customer service at all. The bald guy that talks on his Apple Watch in front of customers and tries to come off polite but he is really smartass. the customers see through his fakeness.
