I came to Hertz hoping for a better experience than Enterprise. If I ever have to get a rental again I will not be using Hertz. The employees at the front desk are rude. No customer service at all. The bald guy that talks on his Apple Watch in front of customers and tries to come off polite but he is really smartass. the customers see through his fakeness. Great service and lower deposit than Enterprise
This place is so chaotic and the workers are very ignorant when it comes to resolving issues. I was in the middle of a road trip, and the worker redid my contract and overcharged me $180 not including the $200 deposit I had to pay again. I had no choice but to pay it as I needed a way home but speaking with corporate, he was absolutely incorrect in his actions. I hope to never cross paths with this place again.
This branch seems to be chaotic and a highly stressful work environment every time I have to pick up a rental for work. It certainly is unusual how they act and operate each time you call or stop in so be prepared when doing business here.
