Very bad service, looking for a Tesla and they offer me a Kia, I traveled 2 hours to pick up a Tesla and returned to my house with nothing.
I'm giving a one-star rating based on my disappointing experience. As an Uber driver, I rented a car, expecting a Tesla, but received a Kia electric vehicle instead. I'm accustomed to driving Teslas, but the Kia had significant issues. The Kia had only 10 miles of charge, making it challenging for me to find a charging station in an unfamiliar area.
