Very unprofessional staff, like they are working for the government, unexpected charges. I had no choice to come there. They make you feel little. This Branch needs to be closed. Treating Uber driver like begger. Very bad policy.
Friendly, polite and fast. System has already been optimized for the customers.
Bad experience. This office makes a lot of charging errors! And not by small amounts. Talking errors in the $500+ range that are charged to you unexpectedly
By far the most horrible rental location I’ve ever had the misfortune of renting from. Everything from the moment you enter the location is straight up bad, 1 star is not low enough. Hertz over the past few years has gone to trash, many locations are the same, bad customer service, bad cars, & widespread theft left and right. I would not recommend hertz to my worst enemy, this location should be shut down or everyone fired for new personnel.
