Tried to charge me a fee after their system wouldn't except my credit card
DO NOT USE THEM. Total Scammers. 1st - Docs said full tank but van only half tank. Unfortunately, I only noticed afterward, so i ate that cost. 2nd - Car STUNK of cologne. So much it gave my kids and wife headaches, and i couldn't continue to wear the clothes i had on after driving. 3rd - Had bald tires. 4th - To top it off when I returned it, the guy tried to say there was a bunch of pet hair in the van when no pet was ever in it, AND I vacuumed it before returning. Never again.
