Ms Kim customer service is on point.. She got me in a great car
they open right at 9am and i called for almost an hour straight and NO ONE PICKS UP!!! there’s no way for me to know if cars are available or if i was to have an emergency. you’re basically forced to show up and gamble with their services. completely unprofessional
