Kim is a queen! I was in a terrible situation that was out of both of our control and she helped me out far more than she needed to. She gave me her own personal car to drive around in for the evening for a business meeting and I feel like this review does not encompass the level of gratitude I have for her. Hertz corporate needs to give her a raise a promotion and use her as an example on how to treat people.

I should have read the reviews. Something sketchy is going on at this location. Be aware! If you made a reservation, I’d switch the location. The reservation was confirmed and when you arrive to pick up the vehicle, they say there are no vehicles available, even with the reservation paid in advance and confirmed. And they have over 50 cars in the lot. Just save your time.

Though this location schedules reservations for UBER Driver’s via app, once you arrive, they will not have one available, and they will not have empathy toward the inconvenience. A young woman with well pressed permed hair informed me about every manner of way the company was unable to assist me. The issue is systemic, and I suppose the clerks ate numb or not paid enough to care. My time and money are, effectively, wasted. Save yourself time—DONT TRUST THE RESERVATION UBER DRIVERS.
