My reservation was for 11am, it’s 1:45 and I still don’t have my reserved car and now I’m being told the price will increase by atleast $100 more than what I was quoted online ANDD, they don’t let you use the restroom AND they move like snails. I suggest they fire this whole staff and replace them with people who actually care about their jobs, including the manager because a good manager wouldn’t allow this, honestly. This location is a disgrace to the brand. Two hours to get a rental, no working bathroom, staff sending customers in circles, and rates changing after reservations are made. This isn’t just bad service, it’s brand damage. Headquarters should be embarrassed.
