This location uses deceptive practices in forcing customers to get insurance when it’s already included. I’m currently in the process of speaking to their CEO on LinkedIn and possibly filing a law suit for UDAAP violations.

***DO NOT COME HERE*** I should have read the reviews before going to this location. Despite website listing all vehicle available for rental, NO VEHICLE was available for rental. All the staff knew this and wait extended time to acknowledge you so that they extend the suffering as long as possible. When acknowledged, the staff was rude and avoided all eye contact confirming their guilt of wasting customer time and money. I recently rented a car from Hertz, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The vehicle I received was dirty and smelled musty, and it took forever to get through the check-in process. I had to come back three times because they kept saying they don’t have a car even though I had a reservation and couldn’t find the right car for me. When I tried to call customer service, they never picked up the phone. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when I raised my concerns.
