The line is 20 people deep. It took 4hrs to get my car. Worst hertz I ever rented from bc of uber wait. Smells like a 20pounds of Marijuana as soon as I walk in. Rep said there was no gas cars and only xl electric cars. They don't even have a restroom but the average wait time is over 2hrs. Jaylen customer service is 5star. Just be prepared to wait

The staff here is extremely slow and very rude. The way they speak to customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. If you drive for Uber, I strongly recommend trying a different location. This one isn’t worth the hassle. Plus reserving A car don't mean nothing. Still uo to a 2 hour wait.
They are consistently awful! Slow, unhelpful, and generally have no customer service. I've waited 4 hours twice in spite of having a set appointment. Plus, if you have an issue, you have to come here. They do not answer the phone... THE SERVICE DESERVES ZERO STARS!
Was told to come on in and when I got there no vehicle and then told I couldn't rent. I recommend the drop off so you don't waste money getting there and then have to wate money getting home cause they won't rent or have no cars.
