Manager big and funky with attitude and clueless prepare to have to keep coming back and wait hours or call 100 times.
Terrible experience, waited 5 hours for a car (with a reservation) only for the car to not function and they actually have the nerve to try and charge you to tow the car 😂 they won’t even let you exchange the inoperable car without paying for a completely new reservation. Luckily I’m not strapped for cash, if you’re investing your last into getting this rental I would be cautious
The team College Park is amazing! Miss. Simms always goes out of her way to accommodate everybody and I don’t know how she does it. But I can tell you she does it with ease. So I read the reviews.I am a real customer and i'm here to tell you, it isn't as bad as what you think. Admittedly they are not the friendliest group of people, but neither are their clients. Now if you walk in there with a funky attitude that is what I believe you will receive in return. For instance, someone complained, there was a $100 additional charge, that additional charge was for insurance otherwise, you can take the car with no insurance and take your chances.
