Should have read reviews before booking. Received this text 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up the car. To move the reservation would be double the price. Still received automated emails asking about upgrades. Customer service was no help. They claim they can’t guarantee another location would have a car and you are supposed to call and check yourself. That defeats the purpose of having customer service
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They text less than 24 hours before my reservation telling me they out of cars and to transfer my reservation. I’m on the phone for an hour for them to try to get me to book a reservation for the same car twice the price because THEY were out of cars. Man please…cancel it. Went to another brand got the same reservation for very close to my initial price.
Reserved a car and it wasn't even available.
Made 1 way rental at this location. Confirmed the night before with DL and CC. When it came time to pick up rental, location stated they did not have a car for me and that this was an Uber location. To me that meant absolutely nothing. I received multiple contacts from Hertz asking to confirm and I did so each time. The associate knew who I was as soon as I got to the counter and immediately told me they did not have a car.
