Im here now with a friend we got here a Lil after 12 it's now 4pm ... still waiting... the appointment was for 1pm.... I hate it here.... this is BS
This place sucks. You'll have to wait around 1½ hour to be attended. The staff doesn't respect order of turns in waiting list. They won't respect your time. And even worst I rented a car for 6 Weeks and they charged me for 7! They will take advantage of you in any way possible for them. Don't rent here! Is not worth it. Prices aren't even that good.

This review is nothing against them personally—the crew on-site is great—but it has everything to do with Hertz's completely broken billing system. I have been renting through the Hertz Uber rideshare program at this location for two years, and the billing has become an absolute nightmare. Wait time was horrible, they’re quick to charge but not quick to solve any issues that you have with the vehicles. If you’re coming to this location be ready to wait 2 or more hours. The lady that was at the counter was very polite but I really dread coming back to this location.
