Unbelievably poor service. Apparently they are horribly understand because they routinely put incoming calls on hold and never answer them and I've heard each employee frequently comment on how overly busy he/she is. Is say go to another place but this is the only place in Nashville that does the Uber/Hertz renntal so if you wish to rent an Uber vehicle this is your only option.
