15001 Old Hickory Boulevard Nashville Tennessee/ Antioch is one of the worst Hertz locations gave me a car that Shook at 55 60 MPH when I brought it back charged me for a full day for a defective car and told me to bring my other car back under false pretenses/ screw Herts go to drive time and they will sell you a car

After the reviews that I have seen and also my experience this place is trash. All these rides are companies are bad business. Class action should be brought against them all.

Worst place to every go car was on empty gave me a out of date registration from 3 years ago was able to uber had car a hole month wasn't able to contact them about the problem just a horrible situation an business I wouldn't send a blind man there...

If I could place zero stars I would. If you want to be treated disgustingly badly, it is the right place for you to come, rent a car through Uber driver to work with him, it took almost 4 hours doing the rent management because whoever attended me did not serve any of the cards he had, even having a balance I only wanted the Uber card. They gave me a car and I made a 5-minute tour from the rental location to my insurance office to place it within my insurance. They are so rude & I’ve asked them too fix something that was wrong with the car they told me it’s my responsibility but I had got it like that I cleaned the car out they still charged me a cleaning fee they took money out my account and wasn’t supposed too the staff is terrible I don’t even know how they’re still working there , DO NOT RENT CARS FROM THIS ONE TO BE EXACT!!!!!! , THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY UNEXPECTED “ THEY ARE FRAUD
