Extremely unprofessional, rude, they deter you to call first bet you show up for your reservations and give you a. Phone number they know just routes you thru a switch board. Lied in my face saying there was no cars available, knowing for a fact because when I arrived early for my 2 o’clock reservations I was told by another employee office personnel was enroute back with vehicles for our appointments. And watch the vehicles arrive. Something needs to be done.

Trying for weeks to rent an uber car. I make the reservation and get to the store and there's none available. They don't answer the phone and it's AWFUL that they make you make reservations for vehicles that aren't available. Making blank trips is very frustrating and a waste of my time. They aren't professional enough to answer the phone and Uber customer service is AWFUL because they tell vehicles are available at the stores and there isn't any!! Shame on you UBER, YOU ALL NEWD TO DO BETTER!!

I had a reservation at 5:00 and arrived at 5:15. The office closed at 6 but the woman there said she would not not give us a rental because she had already shut her system down for the night and was going home and that she couldn’t help me if I wanted to. The place closed at 6! My family of four had just arrived with our bags and Uber and she couldn’t care less. We are completely at a loss for this level of rudeness and lack of customer service and consideration. I’m typing this from the parking lot as I am speaking.

It’s been almost 4 years since I rented an Uber tesla vehicle at this location and till this day I didn’t get my deposit which is $200 . I called and called and called and absolutely nothing .

Horrible service
