This location should be voted the best of has the best, Just 2 person team handling the location so efficiently, they deserve so much appreciation, the location has latest electric cars, one can reserve a specific car, the customer support from the team is outstanding both Genesis and Manager Rebecca are quick to respond, they even call back if they miss the call and explain issues with the delay or regarding billing and maintenance. Keep up the good work
They should up their game in customer service. The few minutes I talked to the young lady, I felt like I was a parent talking to a disgruntled teenager who responds only with ‘yes’ and ‘no’. To hell with me spending a fortune for their rental car each week.
This hub is blowing my mind!!! Call backs are nearly unheard of in ride share leasing... Rebecca helped me understand the weird billing process, finally I get it! Genesis and her crew are setting new standards! So smooth I didn't even mind hearing that I owed more money, because Rebecca broke it down right away! Thank you Tony, Blessings

All the associates here are very helpful and knowledgeable. They explain options and I have not had any problems with my reservations. They have had the requested vehicle each time- electric or SUV. Thank you for providing excellent service.
