THEY DESPERATELY NEED MORE AGENTS. The agents are Professional and helpful. The inspection of the car I eyeballed, I could tell that the car should have been cleaned up outside and the interior. The agent did their best. I wish they would hire someone to clean up the cars The selection of available cars wasn't their Strong point. Lack of was disappointing, at least I have a week to try this. Where do they get their card from????

Worst 4 days of my life dealing with Uber/Hertz rentals!! Absolutely disgusting and both ends. Uber won't do shit say to call Hertz. Both of the locations that deal with Uber rentals dont answer their phones EVER and are closed on the weekends. Really? Unacceptable!! I am absolutely LIVID and will file complaints with CPB, BBB, as well as the County Attorney. And I will spend every waking hour looking to get a class action.lawsuit against Uber/Hertz. I don't know how you theiving ass companies get away with this shit!!!

This was the 1st location I was going to when this program was first rolled out. But now I never see a option to rent a car from here anymore and the number is no longer valid. Dose anyone else know of a number for this Uber/Hertz location? I tried calling pepboys that they are in but pepboys just says they can't help with anything.
