had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this rental car company in Minneapolis, and I’m not the only one. There’s a clear pattern of disrespect and mistreatment, especially toward Somali drivers—many of whom are young men trying to earn an honest living through Uber or Lyft. I’ve been renting a vehicle through Lyft’s Hertz rental program (Hervez), and honestly, the customer service is extremely poor. Every time I visit the location, there are long lines of drivers waiting, and the staff treats people with disrespect and little care. They don’t communicate clearly, they act like they’re doing you a favor, and often ignore or dismiss drivers without proper explanation. am extremely disappointed with the service I experienced at the Hertz location that handles Uber and Lyft rentals. I waited for over three hours just to be helped, along with several other customers. During that time, the staff spent most of their time sitting in the break room, appearing completely uninterested in assisting customers.
