Worse place to rent a car they changed pick up time when I went to pickup car they increased price 50$, very Rude and bad manner.
Front desk girl very rude, not professional what so ever. Asked her about the car we made a reservation on and said we don’t have it. Cool what else u have in the same price range. Same thing very rude not helpful at all. And our car me reserved is sitting right here in the parking lot but cool. So we left going to look business else where.
Man, how do you even get in contact with someone at this facility?! I’ve called back-to-back, and it’s like the phone just rings into a void. No answer. No callback. No voicemail. NOTHING. As an Uber driver trying to rent here, this is NOT a small inconvenience it’s my JOB. This is how I pay bills. You’re literally preventing people from working, and somehow, that doesn’t seem to matter to anyone at this location.
