THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THE WORST RENTAL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN, FROM THE CAR NOT WORKING AT ALL TO THE MANAGER BEEN RUDE AS HELL I WOULD GIVE -10 STARS IF I COULD
Can't get a gas car. Just money eating EV's. Please get more gas cars we dont have to live in the car and can make money
It’s not only this place I call maybe four places that hurts. All of the employees were completely uncooperative and spicy for the Uber rentals their attitudes are very bad specially Lake city education
If I could give zero stars I would. If you are going to rent from Hertz DO NOT I repeat DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. The staff is completely rude and needs to be trained on how to deal with customers. Came to pick up my car that I booked for a pick at 4:00 to be told that they didn’t have cars and I called earlier in the day twice to have the phone ring off in my ear after waiting for someone to answer over an hour. I will never use this location again and this is my first time using Hertz.
