UPDATE: Hertz responded to my review with the same generic message they appear to post on many negative reviews, directing me to Hertz Support. The problem is, I had already contacted Hertz Support and submitted the details of this incident before they posted that response. I had an absolutely terrible experience with the Hertz–Uber Promenade Way location in Sugar Land. I had a confirmed reservation for4:00 PM and traveled all the way from Conroe just to pick up the vehicle. My Hertz reservation confirmation listed the location’s hours as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. I arrived at approximately 4:03 PM, yet I was told they had closed at 4:00 PM, they wouldn’t help me, and they didn’t have a vehicle for me anyway. I believe her name is Joanna , she’s very helpful, sweet , addresses the customers with the same level of respect regardless of the situation . Her smile is always on and she deserves 5 stars!
I got stranded there today. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to speak with a associate. My reservation was for 4pm and they close at 4pm for the holiday. I couldn't confirm with them if this would be ok , and they closed earlier. Lost my reservation. Got stranded and had to Uber home. This was horrible honestly.
