The front desk lady is too unprofessional and too rude for a customer service position. They also don't answer phone calls. I called them multiple times for the entire week and never answered me. I can't belive it
Honestly, I thought I was going to have a good rating but I have not had a good experience. I had to wait hrs and hrs on a gas vehicle and had to leave with an electric and the people that come in a say they make 2,000 dollars on an electric that’s a lie. I don’t understand how can you not get gas vehicles. The two people that work the desk can be very rude and just don’t have professionalism. Wait hrs are long and un called for.
The front desk lady who claim her name is Ms. Berry was very very rude by not greeting , facial expression shows being upset , loud tone of voice demanding me that I needed to scan the QBar code which was ok with me but the rudeness in her tone of voice made me feel not welcome, unsafe, and that this Hertz location it is not a good place to make business with. The agent work there , Black American women , She is so rude yelling , She doesn’t respect people …. they give You broken car , You waiting 2-3 hours to get the car …. they need a good customer service , customer should be respect, she always yelling at me
