I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before going into this places. Despite all the negative reviews, I had an amazing experience here. After only being in Washington for less than 24 hours, I was hit with many obstacles in being able to rent a car. Coming in TJ displayed amazing customer service and was very helpful. Absolutely the worst customer service in this location. If you looking to rent a vehicle, you should consider go somewhere else. It is the worst location ever. we want to pick up the vehicle at 4:20 and the guy was in the front desk. He so rude not polite, not professional. He told us that they close at 5 o’clock and he was 430. He cannot give us a vehicle absolutely rude. You should not be working at this location. If you don’t have a good customer service, don’t work here
