Rude customer service
This location should have zero stars. They gave me a filthy car and then charged me $400 cleaning fee.
Avoid this location and Hertz itself at all costs, we were scammed by their system first telling us to come here when they don’t have the vehicle we rented, then the manager here Renard, was extremely rude to us and even her own employee. She even hung up the phone on him. She lied and told us the policy was no suvs on one way trips, but that is exactly what we reserved and their website shows that you can.
