This location should have zero stars. They gave me a filthy car and then charged me $400 cleaning fee.
Avoid this location and Hertz itself at all costs, we were scammed by their system first telling us to come here when they don’t have the vehicle we rented, then the manager here Renard, was extremely rude to us and even her own employee. She even hung up the phone on him. She lied and told us the policy was no suvs on one way trips, but that is exactly what we reserved and their website shows that you can. Didn’t have enough staff to answer the phone calls, but good customer service.
The staff at this store is very unprofessional, often mixing up the wrong vehicles with the wrong customers, and charging the first customer's rental fee to another customer's credit card, causing a lot of unnecessary trouble for the customer! This is crazy
I have never been so dissapointed I got a car from here only for the manager here to forget to upload the inspection document I lost four days of work I paid for the car but two weeks in the car was repossessed I have never been so scammed and if this is what you call business anyone choosing hertz you are out of your mind chose Kia flex
