Terrible Uber experience with their reservation system. I reserved a ride at least 12 hours in advance and received a confirmation. Despite this, my 5:10 AM scheduled ride was canceled right at the last minute, leaving me completely stranded early in the morning. Utterly unreliable when you actually need to count on them."
