I’ve rented with Hertz all over the world and never had any issues—until now. Unfortunately, it seems I’m not alone, as recent reviews show similar experiences from other customers. Disappointing to see such a decline in service.
This is not hertz car sales. GMaps says that’s for helping us improve and mean time they sent me on a 15+ mile goose chase.
No one answers the phone when you call. I finally got here, the place is woefully understaffed. I have waited over two hours for my rental. If I were not forced to rent through Hertz due to their partnership with Uber, I would not do it at all. Thankfully I am only doing this for one week while my car is in the shop. This is ridiculous. Uber and Hertz, do better!
3 employee here . No one answer phone . Employee slow working . If u get car for uber . Expect 2 hour waiting process even u book already uber app. Worker soo slow process. Not like Avis . Come n ready to go. Nooo!! Not recommend
