It's sad when a business treats people this way. I sat there for 2.5 hours. They didn't have the car I reserved. Be prepared to get screwed. They don't care. Under staffed. $30 for Uber ride home and no car to work....

Went from feeling not welcomed(not the Uber side's fault) to feeling completely comfortable to come back and pass on references to people I know. Anywhere you go you have to give respect to get it. My agent was very polite and helpful, I witnessed no rudeness towards any customer. Car was nice and clean. Charges were as expected. They even had a few picky customers and worked with them to get them satisfied in looking around at available options.
