I am extremely dissatisfied with my rental experience. The seat belt was not functioning properly, which is a serious safety concern. I contacted the rental company, and although they were willing to take the vehicle back, I was told I would still be charged for the full day. I don't believe a customer should have to choose between driving an unsafe vehicle and paying for an entire day when the issue is a safety-related problem with the rental car. BEWARE IN TEXAS ..UIM/ UM UBER! TEXAS DOESN'T REQUIRE IT. LYFT & VAMP DOES. was in a Uber on July 16th, 2026. A young lady rear ended us in the rain. I was a passenger in an ACTIVE RIDE being taken home. Immediately, I received whiplash & lower back pain. The young lady that hit the Uber drivers insurance was no good It wasn't the Uber drivers fault You think it was Ubers insurance that would pay for my pain & suffering and lack of wages.
