They quite literally bait and switched me. Going to get in touch with an attorney to see if I have any legal precedent to pursue a legal resolution. Short story: Rented a 7 row SUV for 7 days for a total of $433. Whenever we went to go pick it up, they told me that they don't rent out 7 Row SUV's at all at that location. Do not use this company for Uber rentals. The cost is outrageous. It doesn't include the insurance that you absolutely need to add. Roadside Assistance is ridiculously priced. Horrible service. I didn't complain for 3 years because I watched what happened to drivers who complained. Now I'm complaining.
