KUDOS TO HERTZ BILLING DEPARTMENT!!! They returned all of the bogus charges Isaiah put on my account. I was hot as fish grease when I first saw all of those charges on my account and I made a Google review that reflected my anger but I decided to delete it and give Hertz a chance to correct the issue and they did! Got a dirty car in March that needed detailed before I could use it..Been reporting the same issues with the car and told I don't know what I'm talking about, the CV joint is going out, needs wiper blades and the interior trim keeps popping off, I actually had to put it on 3 times the first day I drove it. I call up there to return a car because my renewal, so I won’t be charged. Mind you I did this a day before my renewal and they said it was fine I won’t be charged nope got charged anyway for a car I don’t have no more and fyi the don’t be cleaning there cars out tbh, they expect the drivers to do it, and anybody and everybody be in those cars
