This location keeps running my card 2x for the same rental days after they’ve already secured payment. The manager Isaiah is bitchy and just screams like a girl when you ask him questions about things he should just do or not do, like run my card twice for the same rental multiple times but not every time. This location is the absolute worst.. employees and vehicles… nobody ever believes the reviews but you should… It’s too long to explain everything I went through over renting for 4 months just trust the reviews and don’t rent here til they clean house… the manager Isaiah and his side kick have to go. They go above and beyond to inconvience you.
People complain about this place despite these employees are often dealing with rude people (i have witnessed it multiple times myself). Isaeh (whose name i probably misspelled) runs a very tight ship. If they had need for part time help I would actually consider joining the team and drive for them part time.
