Customer service, terrible and unprofessional
Their phone doesn’t even work!!! Got a call and tried to call back to just ringing!!!! They over book reservations and don’t even have a working phone to contact them through!!!! They cancel your reservation without talking to you at all and don’t give you any other options!!!! Stay away from this hertz rental!!!! It’s criminal!!!!
The don’t answer the phone and they are trying to put a fake case on me. By not answering the phone after giving false info about the renewal policy for uber the partnership.they have not answer the whole time I had the car . I’m not going up there until someone answer the phone . It’s a set up
DON'T rent from this location. They don't check nor clean the vehicles when brought in. They don't have "emergency" roadside service for their vehicles. Customer gets blamed when a vehicle won't charge and the police have it towed from a dangerous area because the towing company they work with doesn't come to tow it until over an hour after the vehicle breaks down.
