They called to tell me that they didn’t have a car for me to get tomorrow. But refused to cancel my rental so they could keep the payment! Never use Hertz rental! They are the absolute worst. Horrible customer service and genuinely rude! Cancel my rental and give me my money back

I had a disappointing experience at the Hertz - Uber Overland Park - West 105th Street location. I went there expecting to pick up a vehicle, but after arriving I was told that no cars were available. This was frustrating because there was no advance notice, and it resulted in wasted time and inconvenience, especially when you’re depending on a rental for work or transportation.
