If your rental period ends on Sunday, be prepared to see an extra day charge plus penalty. When we rented a car, they never told us that the office was closed on Sundays. We drove back from Minneapolis like a bat out of hell to get to Hertz before 5:30 pm. We got there two hours before and realized the office is closed. We took video of the car having been parked there at 3 pm and returned the key in the overnight key drop box. They called to tell me that they didn’t have a car for me to get tomorrow. But refused to cancel my rental so they could keep the payment! Never use Hertz rental! They are the absolute worst. Horrible customer service and genuinely rude! Cancel my rental and give me my money back

I had a disappointing experience at the Hertz - Uber Overland Park - West 105th Street location. I went there expecting to pick up a vehicle, but after arriving I was told that no cars were available. This was frustrating because there was no advance notice, and it resulted in wasted time and inconvenience, especially when you’re depending on a rental for work or transportation.
