Taciturn and condescending service (Jonathan excluded) from people that don’t care. Doors that slam with alarming velocity at least every two minutes, if not more often. Interminable waits in uncomfortable chairs, with minimal communication from employees. Employees that have the gall to sing along with the annoying pop tunes playing from the radio. The seventh circle of hell has nothing on Hertz, Uber Orlando, Butler National Drive.

This is the worst place you can go i rented a Nissan rogue 2023 black on Friday the 19th to of June to do uber the vehicle was full of cat hair and stink of weed smelling very high scent i went and cleaned this vehicle change spray it down with fragrance it's still smells stink weed smell looks like some one was smoking in this vehicle now i cannot work because of the smell people's will rated you back because of this stinky weed smell I will have to return it don't ever rent from this place the don't even cleaned the vehicl... read more
