I booked suv according to the app is available. When I came it's not available. I ask the people it's still showing available on the app. But according to the people there it's not. So they are selling suv available for for comfort but instead the Malibu that they have tons of it. Other problem they are selling car that still attached to the previous renters that impossible to register to your E pass. They charged me $110 including service fees even im using my e pass account. Very deceitful they will charge you for a week that you did not use. In my own opinion, I recommend that no one is to rent a vehicle for the shady dealings that there’s customer service. They work at this location.. Passing off fraudulent accounts on unauthorized use of someone’s card . The federal government needs to look into the workers and also the company itself immediately . Rudest agent named Daphne on desk 2 I have ever seen. The day I went to pick up the car I sat down and she rudely turns to me and says: I already told you sir you are not able to get a car with us, you are wasting your time. RIP OFF artist Uber driver "MARIELA" charged my autofill credit card for a ride I never booked. #1 Folks, remove ALL of your autofill credit card numbers from whatever server you use. If a UBER driver can charge it for an unbooked, unconfirmed ride, then anybody can steal your bank information! CONSUMER BEWARE!
