You will be there waiting for at least an hour when it's slow. The vehicles are in very bad shape. Dirty, broken, bad tires and they have huge red ants that are hard to get rid of.
This place is absolute doodoo. Super slow, raggedy place and attitudes, and reservations basically mean nothing. I reserved to pick up a car at 1pm. It's 130pm and was told the times aren't guaranteed and will have to wait on their waitlist which is 1hr 50 minutes. What was the point of reserving the vehicle??? Everything the other reviews are saying are absolutely true. Unfortunately there's no where else for me to go to get what I want. So far I rented a car and it was dirty windows floors dashboard now I’m back here trying to get new wiper blades because I drive uber and the wiper blades they have on are super garbage I couldn’t see anything in front of me when it poured. But I knew this place was weird when I walked up and female sisqo directed me to walk to the front but seem like she was doing it with an attitude w.e let’s see how this goes with trying to get some maintenance on this rental let alone I had to mention to the guy that it was dirty as hell... read more
Service was lousy, I was mistreated and misleading, and They charged me for something I didn't receive.
The bigger lady who works here is absolutely miserable. Something deeply wrong in her personal life.l
