If i could give negative stars i would. This place is packed with people and they only have 1 person helping customers. Ive waited well over two hours to be seen. The staff isnt friendly, the place is disgusting. Theres dead & alive roaches in the waiting area... Do anything you can to find another place.
I am genuinely shocked that this location is still operating the way it is. Saying the service was horrible would honestly be an understatement. The overall lack of professionalism, customer service, and urgency was unbelievable. Employees were rude and dismissive when speaking to customers, and at different points there was no one even at the front desk assisting people. We arrived before our reservation time , the employee were super lazy and look they dont like their job , we ask them for help , the lady said back to the line , we have been waiting over 3 hours in the lobby waiting for someone to help with our reservation . My reservation on 12:00 pm and now its 1:50 .
Take these reviews lightly, because my experience was okay! I originally wanted the standard tesla, but they only had the long range. It was extra money but I was okay with that as I had prepared myself for that because I did want the Tesla. I read a lot of bad reviews about Ms. Dhapney, but she was so cool with me! The service was extremely disappointing.The staff SUCKS especially MS . DHAPNEY HORRIBLE they are completely lost they have no idea what they are doing !!!Despite making an appointment in advance, I still had to wait a significant amount of time to be seen. No one acknowledged me when I arrived, and the overall service was slow and unprofessional. Extremely poor service. Not one staff member demonstrated professionalism, urgency, or proper customer service. The entire experience was slow, disorganized, and unacceptable.
