Very rude, they barely answer the phone. They are extremely unprofessional. They do not care about your time, and don’t even think you have a reservation. You will be waiting hours upon hours.
If you dont like your job and want to treat people like they are not valuable customers you should just get a different jkb that doesnt involve customers. The black dude acts like he's pissed about you even showing up, reservations mean nothing here, stale attitude, never have cars and the cars they do give you sometimes have 100k miles 🤣 a complete joke of an operation. The guy that wakes the cars was cool though.
It's incredible how a person talks to make an extension and the person doesn't know what they're doing. I tried to charge 4 times and return the money, and the person didn't know what they were doing. The money was lost. I spoke to try to resolve it, and one response was that maybe they were going to return the money to me, but I have to pay an extra 340 because of them. What professionals who put people who aren't trained to be playing with clients' accounts. And yes i got proof of that
Never rent from here would rate 0 if I can
No cars available even with a reservation. The guy at the desk wants you to wait for whatever about of time for “the driver” to arrive. Poor customer service all around.
