No cars available even with a reservation. The guy at the desk wants you to wait for whatever about of time for “the driver” to arrive. Poor customer service all around.
Apparently reservations mean nothing at this place of business. I had to get an uber ride here to pick up the car at my reserved time, from all the way across Jacksonville. Just for them to tell me I have to wait an unknown amount of time for some car to just arrive here. The guy at the desk acts like I’m here for some charity , and I’m a bother to him. My wife is going to miss her Dr appointment and pay cancellation fees, after we allotted 3hrs between these 2 appointments. Horrible service all around. Do yourself a big fav... read more
i apologize but the only thing i can think about is getting paid for my musical intellectual property. apple music, spotify , amazon music , songtrust, symphonic, distrokid, tunecore , CD Baby , Songcast , afrotunes, record union and microsoft groove all still owe me for streams that accumulated from 2017 - 2021. My freedom and royalty earnings consume 100% of my thought process, a review of Hertz aint important to me, sorry #TruReal
The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and quick. All my questions were answered and I was in my car in less than 15 minutes. I'd certainly rent here again.
