If you dont like your job and want to treat people like they are not valuable customers you should just get a different jkb that doesnt involve customers. The black dude acts like he's pissed about you even showing up, reservations mean nothing here, stale attitude, never have cars and the cars they do give you sometimes have 100k miles 🤣 a complete joke of an operation. The guy that wakes the cars was cool though.
It's incredible how a person talks to make an extension and the person doesn't know what they're doing. I tried to charge 4 times and return the money, and the person didn't know what they were doing. The money was lost. I spoke to try to resolve it, and one response was that maybe they were going to return the money to me, but I have to pay an extra 340 because of them. What professionals who put people who aren't trained to be playing with clients' accounts. And yes i got proof of that

No cars available even with a reservation. The guy at the desk wants you to wait for whatever about of time for “the driver” to arrive. Poor customer service all around.
Apparently reservations mean nothing at this place of business. I had to get an uber ride here to pick up the car at my reserved time, from all the way across Jacksonville. Just for them to tell me I have to wait an unknown amount of time for some car to just arrive here. The guy at the desk acts like I’m here for some charity , and I’m a bother to him. My wife is going to miss her Dr appointment and pay cancellation fees, after we allotted 3hrs between these 2 appointments. Horrible service all around. Do yourself a big fav... read more
