Do not rent from this location. Arrived to pick up a car for travel and informed no cars available. I never received a call. I received emails and a text reminding me to pick up my rental! The clerk was non caring and claimed I was on the list to be called but he got busy. Hertz truly is sub standard, I have a laundry list, but I’m done with them. Take a gamble with enterprise if you have to but stay away from this location!!

Unbelievably poor service. Apparently they are horribly understand because they routinely put incoming calls on hold and never answer them and I've heard each employee frequently comment on how overly busy he/she is. Is say go to another place but this is the only place in Nashville that does the Uber/Hertz renntal so if you wish to rent an Uber vehicle this is your only option. In addition to all this apparently they have no Google presents where you can go online and rate them, which I suppose is good for that since they'... read more

The worst customer service you make reservations with them and know one calls to say that they have 0 vehicles it's a good thing I drove to the location to ask the clueless employee that lied and told me that he called me. I ask him why are you even open he replied he doesn't know

On February 8, 2026, I rented a vehicle from Hertz at Orlando International Airport . The Hertz agent falsely told me that LIS (Loss/Damage Insurance) was required by Florida law and mandatory for the rental. This is categorically false - LIS is optional, as clearly stated on my own rental agreement under "Additional Products." I was fraudulently coerced into purchasing LIS. I was in a predicament with my truck having an issue with the transmission for the past several months. I rented from Enterprise & Subaru for about 3-4 weeks at a time at both of those rental companies. At this point, they were both not able to rent a vehicle. I went to Hertz at Tyler Pounds Airport and rented a vehicle for a week. After one day, my truck was finally working correctly! It had been in & out of the shop for about 15 weeks. Hands down one of the worst car rental experiences I've ever had. Zero professionalism or empathy from the on-site manager, Rick. We reserved a rental car well in advance because we needed reliable transportation to take my family to my mother’s funeral the next morning. Please spare yourself the misery of dealing with the one and only employee.  She is absolutely a poor excuse for a human. Never have we EVER had a worse experience.  We were over a barrel really needing the rental car that we reserved a week in advance.  We got there to pick up car, and she informed us that she was in the middle of her ‘lunch hour’ after we walked in on her literally sleeping…. One of the most infuriating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a rental company. I arrived at 4:15 PM to collect the car I had reserved, only to be told that I could not leave my personal vehicle on the property; a policy that was never disclosed during booking or reservation. Since my family lives out of town, I had no one nearby to drive my car home, and the nearest family member is 45 minutes away. I would strongly suggest you find somewhere else to get your ride. Went to buy a car from Hertz after reserving it and was sent from the location set on the reservation confirmation to a Hertz in another city. That was inconvenient but not as inconvenient as getting to the other location and being told "those reservations don't mean nothing, they gone get us in trouble with that".
