I made a reservation online because there is no choice. I made it for 12 pm on Saturday I get there 12:05 pm to my suprise it’s closes it closes at 12 pm why would it let you do a reservation if it closes at that time. I been trying to get ahold of one of their open branches and when the system finally gives me that option it hangs up on me ! This is the worst experience with a car rental company I have ever had.
