Never rent Cart because they tell you one price and then at the end they charge you like double so that the people there is so means the customer service is so bad the people doesn’t even respect and they need to put people they can work better cause the car was so dirty and they don’t care what they give it to you so never rent a card again with her especially in this people in Lynn Massachusetts
Very disappointed the way they treated Uber drivers, I don't get why I can make a reservation of a car if that car doesn't exist or they don't have in stock, and THEY DONT even call us just to say they don't have any cars for Uber, just for insurance purposes, very unfair, telephone was made for communication, just spent $120 in Uber to go back and forth.
I didn't realize a car rental experience could go this bad. The person at the rental office told that he's locked out of the office and to come back in couple of hours. He gave me his number so that I could text and confirm if all good. But once i did, no response, neither is Hertz able to relocate the booking. All around a pretty pathetic experience. There's a Enterprise right across the road. Save your sanity and go there - they're very good
