The rudest people work there. They didn't havr the car i reserved. only one that was more expensive. go figure. if you are renting a car through uber go to the avis in peabody. they are much nicer and actually professional.
Truly the worse service I have ever experienced. It took over an hour to pick up the car ( the one person there had to clean it as well.). I figured that was a fluke. But no it was worse trying to drop it off. I walked into a filled waiting room… again one person doing everything (badly.) One guy had been waiting for an hour to pick up, I decided to look for the person and he was cleaning the car for the person sitting alone at the desk waiting.
