Friday Sept 11, 2026 There is truly nothing worse than a business you are giving your money to having a front facing employee who is just horrific. Rented a car at hertz in logan (they were great) but second driver wasn't with me at rental,was told I could easily stop at any hertz and get her added. Driving to Salem we passed hertz in Lynn. Walked into a rather gross and dingy office to a completely empty space. We could hear someone but no one yelled "be right out" or anything of the like. This place is a joke. Called in guy puts me on hold stating he has a very long line . Sat on hold for 30 mins nothing . Decided to drive to location. Show up and the worker sitting there on his phone . With no customers in site. This locations looks like it’s fall apart , like every other herts location.
Best prices around, I always rent from Hertz.
