If there’s no uber cars at least try and notify me thru email, text, something. Rather than wasting my time to come there an there’s no car when I scheduled the appointment almost a week ago
I scheduled an appointment because the Uber app showed that a vehicle was available for pickup in Lynn. However, when we arrived at the office, there was no one there, and we had to wait. When someone finally showed up, they mentioned they had left a sign saying they went out to get food, but the sign was not visible due to the sunlight. The attention was arrogant and unprofessional. The rudest people work there. They didn't havr the car i reserved. only one that was more expensive. go figure. if you are renting a car through uber go to the avis in peabody. they are much nicer and actually professional.
Truly the worse service I have ever experienced. It took over an hour to pick up the car ( the one person there had to clean it as well.). I figured that was a fluke. But no it was worse trying to drop it off. I walked into a filled waiting room… again one person doing everything (badly.) One guy had been waiting for an hour to pick up, I decided to look for the person and he was cleaning the car for the person sitting alone at the desk waiting.
