Worst people and company I have ever dealt with. Absolute rip off. They will keep charging you months after you've rented. I will never use Hertz again.
Lazy staff. And rude. Act like you can not swap a car. Total BS. They all need to be replaced.
Renting for Uber? They act like they’re doing you a favor when gouging drivers with rentals. Do they even have rental that you reserved? It’s a crapshoot! Kinda like going to the DMV, if you like that experience.
This is not a review of the staff. The staff are doing their best with what they have. The employees I talked to, do the best they can with limited resources that they have. My review is about the unreasonable expectations that Hertz puts on Uber drivers. It is the responsibility of Hertz to wash their own rental cars when renter returns rental to Hertz.
