Worst customer service. Agent was rude and didn’t provide any assistance since they have NO cars at their location. Why didn’t anyone or management insure that they have cars for business today. Shows the incompetence of their staff to be critical thinkers. Decided that today would be a free day to sit around on the company time. No need for anyone to be at this location.
